I've been praying for a while about how to serve people with what I've been given, and I keep coming back to the parable of the talents. I feel like I'm the servant who buried what he had instead of putting it to work for his Lord.

My talent isn't a golden coin. I'm a nerd, and I've spent a lot of hours learning Logos Bible Software. It's a powerful tool, and a complicated one. Once it clicks, it unlocks the kind of deep, rich Bible study that's hard to get any other way. I hate the thought of burying my knowledge and wasting my teaching skills. God gave me this talent for a reason.

So... I'm going to help others figure out how to use Logos Bible Software. I'm putting my skills to work. Every week (or as often as I can), I'll go live, and you bring your questions.

I'm calling it "Swordcraft: A Live Logos Q&A". The first one will be tomorrow (Saturday) at 8pm Mountain Time. The idea is that YOU (the audience) will participate and guide it. You ask a question and I'll do my best to walk you through it. No agenda, no lecture, no slideshow. And yeah, sometimes I'll fumble through an answer or hit something I don't know, and we'll figure it out together.

This is free. I'm not after fame or money — I'm just trying to be faithful with what I've been given and be a help to somebody. Come as you are, the only foolish question is the one left unanswered.

I'll use Riverside so it's easy to record on my end. For everyone attending it's just clicking a link like zoom, google meet, or teams. So on Saturday at 8pm Mountain, just click this link:
