The short version: we only collect what you choose to send us, we use it to answer you and run the ministry, and we never sell it.
This page explains what that means in plain English. It was last updated October 23, 2026.
What we collect
What you type into a form. The site has four forms: Contact, the Swordcraft Logos Q&A, the volunteer signup on the Serve page, and the newsletter signup. Each one collects only what it asks for, like your name, email, phone number if you give it, and your message or answers.
Basic visit information. We use Google Analytics to see which pages people visit, what kind of device they use, and roughly where they are (city or region, not your address). It uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us who you are.
How we use it
- To answer your message or question, and to follow up if you asked us to.
- For volunteers: to talk with you about serving. The Serve form asks for your church and a reference, and we may contact the reference you give us.
- For newsletter signups: to send you Monumental Grace updates.
- To understand which pages help people, so we can make the site better.
Who sees it
Form entries go to Chuck Kelley and, when needed to help you, Monumental Grace leadership. A few services run the site for us and handle your information only to do that job:
- Kinsta hosts the website. Form entries are stored in the site’s private database there.
- Google Workspace delivers form entries to our email.
- Pushover sends Chuck a short phone alert when a form comes in. The alert names the form, your name, and the topic. Your message itself is not in the alert.
- Google Analytics counts visits, as described above.
Some parts of the site load from other companies, and they may set their own cookies: embedded YouTube videos, and the Logos Bible pop-ups that show a verse when you hover over a reference. Giving happens on Tithely, and its own privacy policy covers anything you enter there. Links to GroupMe, our Bonfire store, Faithlife, and other sites take you to places with their own policies.
We never sell, rent, or trade your information. We will share it only if the law requires it, or if someone’s life or safety is in danger.
How long we keep it
We keep form entries as long as we need them to help you and run the ministry. You can ask us to delete yours at any time, and we will. To leave the newsletter list, just tell us and we’ll take you off.
Your choices
- Ask to see, correct, or delete what you’ve sent us.
- Block or clear cookies in your browser. The site still works without them.
- Send us less. Only the fields marked as required are needed.
Children
This site is not meant for children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you think a child has sent us something, let us know and we’ll delete it.
Changes and questions
If we change how we handle information, we’ll update this page and the date at the top. Questions, or want something deleted? Send a note on our Contact page.
