Shared Notebooks in Logos

Shared Notebooks in Logos Bible Software provide a way for believers to study together, share insights, and remain aligned in truth. Rather than keeping notes isolated, shared notebooks allow Scripture observations, questions, and teaching points to be gathered in one place—accessible to others serving, learning, and standing watch alongside you.

Notebooks can be shared publicly for view-only access or shared within a specific group to allow collaboration. When shared with a group, members can add their own notes and observations, creating a unified record of study that supports clarity, accountability, and collective growth. This makes shared notebooks especially useful for ministry teams, Bible studies, and those standing guard together who need a common frame of reference grounded in Scripture.

Within Logos, shared notebooks are accessed through the Documents menu under the Groups section, allowing each participant to add the notebook to their own library. This ensures that insights gained through prayerful study are not lost or fragmented, but preserved and strengthened through shared engagement with God’s Word.

In short, shared notebooks help transform individual study into disciplined, watchful, and unified learning, supporting both personal growth and faithful service together.
