What is Logos Bible Software?
Logos Bible Software is far more than a Bible app. It is a full ecosystem of books and study tools designed for serious engagement with Scripture.
A library, not just an app
At its core, Logos works like a digital library platform such as Kindle or Nook, with one critical difference: it is purpose-built for biblical, theological, and ministry-focused resources.
With you everywhere
Your library is cloud-based, so it’s accessible anywhere you serve, study, or stand watch, and you can download resources for offline use. There are apps for iOS and Android (phone and tablet), a desktop app for Windows and Mac, and a web app for any browser. You can be logged into all of them at the same time. (I often use my iPad and iPhone simultaneously.)
Everything works together
Scripture, commentaries, theological works, Bible dictionaries, timelines, notes, and other powerful tools are fully searchable, cross-referenced, and linked. Open a commentary beside your Bible and it follows the passage you’re reading, while original-language tools and dictionaries open instantly as you dig into words. This integrated design transforms reading into true study.
