Shared notebooks turn individual study into disciplined, watchful, and unified learning.
Shared Notebooks in Logos Bible Software let believers study together, share insights, and stay aligned in truth. Instead of keeping notes isolated, Scripture observations, questions, and teaching points are gathered in one place, accessible to others serving, learning, and standing watch alongside you.
Public or group
Notebooks can be shared publicly for view-only access, or shared within a group so members add their own notes and observations. That builds one record of study for ministry teams, Bible studies, and anyone standing watch together.
Where to find them
In Logos, shared notebooks are under the Documents menu in the Groups section. Each person adds the notebook to their own library, so insights from prayerful study aren’t lost or scattered.
How to add a public notebook or filter
- In Logos Desktop: open Tools → Documents → Public → Type: Notebook.
- Or on the web: click a notebook below to open it in Faithlife.
- Click the blue Action button at the top right and choose Connect.
- Don’t see it in your Notes? Go back to Faithlife, disconnect it, and connect it again.
Chuck’s shared notebooks
Everything here is published publicly in Logos (list checked 2026-10-23).
Chuck’s visual filters & templates
Visual filters color words in your Bible based on a search, so patterns jump off the page. Workflow templates walk you through a study one step at a time. Add them the same way as a notebook.
